Brazil's largest steel distribution network now has 70 branches

| • | The largest steel distributor in Brazil, Comercial Gerdau has added six new branches to its network, which now totals 70 branches and services more than 100,000 customers. This year, its gross revenue was R$ 1.2 billion. |

| • | Two new flat steel finishing service centers were also opened, bringing the total to four. In the rebar fabricating sector, two new Prontofer centers were opened in Vitória (state of Espírito Santo) and Santos (state of São Paulo), servicing small and medium builders. |
