Pride to work for the Gerdau Group. This is the feeling that inspires the majority of employees from all units. The 370 professionals that work in Chile for Gerdau AZA are among the most satisfied to work for the Group. The perception was confirmed by an opinion poll performed in 2004. Over 92% of all employees said they were happy to be working at the unit. The favorability index, which counts the number of positive results in relation to the total number of poll questions, was also impressive: 79.7%. The rate is the highest among all operations in the Americas. In the poll, employees emphasized factors such as safety, work stability and good relations with the leadership and other colleagues, in addition to the availability of training.
