The Manager has overall responsibility for the safety of all those who work in his Area. The Workplace Safety Team should take preventive action, providing Managers with backup and technical support.
Each Employee must take active responsibility for their own safety and that of their workmates. It is the duty of every individual to identify unsafe tasks and work for their resolution with persistence and determination, in conjunction with their supervisors.
