mployees from Gerdau Ameristeel Cambridge in Canada have decided to roll up their sleeves and help nature. Together with their families, they collect trash from a 2.4 kilometer stretch of a regional highway that has been adopted by the group.

The Cambridge volunteers are not alone in protecting the environment. Another example is the team of employees of Gerdau Ameristeel Recycling, in Whitby, also in Canada, who work in the recycling and processing area. They have called on the community to look after a lake close to the mill.
